All sales are final. Exchanges may be accepted in cases where we are at fault or when there is a valid reason for an exchange, subject to approval. If you believe you have a valid reason for an exchange, please contact our team as soon as possible, and we will review your request and assist you accordingly. No cancellations are accepted after an order has been submitted.
